Viggo Peter Mortensen (born October 20, 1958) is an American-Danish actor, poet, musician, photographer, and painter.

His most well-known film roles include Aragorn in Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings" film trilogy, Tom Stall in David Cronenberg's A "History of Violence", and his Academy and Golden Globe Award-nominated role as Nikolai Luzhin in Cronenberg's "Eastern Promises".

Viggo Mortensen and Bob Anderson from Reclaiming the Blade. Viggo discusses what it was like working with Bob, and Bob talks about his experiences as a swordsman.

Bob Anderson passed away on January 1st, 2012, at the age of 89.

He was the master swordsman for the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and for The Hobbit. Among his other projects were the Star Wars trilogy, where he played Darth Vader during fighting scenes.

He truly was an incredible and talented man, and he will be sorely missed.
